Upload your child's IEP and we'll find local therapies, programs, support groups, and telehealth services — personalized to their exact needs, wherever you are in the country.
"No parent should have to navigate their child's special education journey alone — regardless of their income, their zip code, or how many hours they have in a day."
IEP Compass was built to level the playing field. Whether you're a single parent working two jobs, a family in a rural town with limited local services, or simply someone who doesn't know where to start — we're here to help you find what your child needs.

Julia has spent the last several years in special education classrooms — working directly with students who have autism, speech-language impairments, learning disabilities, and more. She holds a Master's in Education with Special Education certification and has also worked as a tutor and coach for students with diverse needs.
Every resource recommendation in IEP Compass reflects the kind of guidance Julia gives the families she works with every single day. She reviews and validates the categories and resource types to make sure what you're getting is genuinely useful — not just a list of links.
I built IEP Compass because of one of the reasons I fell in love with my wife — her extraordinary compassion for children who are often overlooked or dismissed simply because they need a little extra help. Watching her pour herself into her students, advocating fiercely for kids that the system sometimes moves past too quickly, I knew her work deserved to reach further than one classroom.
We thought about the parents on the other side of those IEP meetings. The single parent sitting alone at a kitchen table at 11pm, staring at a document full of terminology they don't understand, wondering how they're going to find the right therapist, the right program, the right support — on top of everything else life is already demanding of them. In this economy, with everything these families are already carrying, the last thing they should have to do is navigate this alone.
IEP Compass exists because every child deserves someone in their corner — and every parent deserves to feel like they have a guide.
